Home Rehab Consultants provides personalized, one-on-one physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in the comfort of home. Clients receive individualized attention from skilled therapists, along with responsive support from a local team that helps coordinate care from the beginning of the process through completion.

No. Clients do not need to be homebound to receive therapy from Home Rehab Consultants. HRC provides in-home rehabilitation for adults who prefer or benefit from receiving one-on-one therapy where they live. A physician’s prescription is required to begin care.

Home Rehab Consultants provides in-home physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for adults. Depending on individual needs, therapy may focus on mobility, strength, balance, daily activities, functional skills, communication, and greater independence at home.

In-home rehabilitation may benefit older adults and adults managing orthopedic conditions, chronic illness, mobility challenges, or recovery after surgery. HRC also works with clients following procedures such as hip or knee replacement who may need personalized rehabilitation support at home.

HRC works to connect clients with care as promptly as possible. In many cases, patients may be seen within approximately one to two weeks, depending on location, therapist availability, prescription requirements, and insurance coordination.

Home Rehab Consultants accepts Medicare when Medicare is the primary insurance and may work with many commercial PPO insurance plans. Coverage and out-of-network benefits vary by plan, so the HRC team can help review insurance information before care begins. HRC does not accept Medicaid.
